We have facilitated 200+ customer conversations across a broad range of topics to help NB Power develop better products and services across their portfolio including energy efficiency measures, EV charging, smart meters and a net zero program.

Through an immersive initiative to explore the transit stations of the future, we designed a range of value propositions centred around connectivity to provide better passenger experiences.

Leveraging existing customer insight work, we turned raw qualitative research into a shared, cross-functional view of real customer problems and co-designed & tested 2 new products as part of their digital transformation roadmap.

Developing new data-driven insight platforms
We worked with cross-functional teams at one of the world’s biggest mining companies to uncover opportunities to use machine learning and AI to improve yields and drive more efficient operations across sites in the US and Asia.

New products in their Canadian whisky portfolio
We worked with Campari to help them create an innovation roadmap for new whisky products to launch over the next 3-5 years including ready-to-drink and no/low alcohol products that align with changing market dynamics.
